This course was designed to provide a foundational knowledge of Christianity for those who have had little or no background in the Chrisian faith.  Each lesson includes numerous Bible passages, which is the source of all teaching of Christianity.

The first section includes units on the primary, essential teachings of Christianity.  At the end of each unit there are additional readings on the subjects and doctrines covered in that lesson.  In each unit important words or terms are highlighted in bold type.  An additional glossary of terms is included in the back of the book.

The second section is a Reading Journal that is designed to provide a brief overview of Bible history, introducing the reader to many of the significant stories, important historical figures and lessons of both the Old and New Testament.
